I work for SPOT Maroc, it’s a SPOT subsidiary in North Africa, it’s based in Casablanca and it has the same segmentation as SPOT Group. Where the main goal is making profit by construction and installation projects. A the position king onstruction And that we must protect is our brand as a leader in tertiary sector with top quality and best safety conditions. This position helps us to improve our profit which is our main goal. Our main resources are experienced managers, engineers, purchasers and construction workers workers. In our organization the performance is measured by the net margin, but there are innumerable variables that can define this performance thus making our organization a very complex s performance, anization system. In fact even if the project begin with clear planning and determined actions, sometime or in most cases it happens some new events that make our plan unrealizable unrealizable. For example : at the beginning of every project we draw a planning, but there is rela or relationship between tasks in this planning, however we can’t start purchasing task before ending design and ks we can’t install what we didn’t purchase. But sometime during the execution of the project the time costumer ask us to do some changes, for example, he needs more power for his equipment in needs equipments, this case we study the impact and define actions for every team member: • • • • Project manager: asking for finance capital gain Design engineer: update drawing Purchaser: buy the new equipments Forman: prepare the site to reduc the change impact reduce
