“Human Resources”, this term has do with the human activities in an organization and how they perform in their respective area of a specific assignment and how they also relate to HR department as well. Human resource has many functions to carry out its operations in every department. (Gomez-Mejia, Balkin, & Cardy, 2010). These functions include the following; recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, regulatory compliance, risk management, employee relations, labor relations, training and development, employee health and safety, and performance management. It is an organization's culture that has to develop and support employees by reaching their organization’s goals then it becomes in any work settings. Human resource leaders need a more thorough understanding with the area of work based on the training and can be given additional developmental opportunities so that they can assume more responsibilities and apply job ethics as well. However, this paper will mostly focus on afford mentioned functions listed above.

Dealing with employees recruiting process can be a somewhat precarious situation. With the exorbitant cost of hiring and training an employee with job and skills matching the job description, making a mistake in this arena can substantially profitability for the organization. One major consideration in recruitment is whether to hire externally or promote from within the organization. Recruitment and selection: During this process, the HR needs to attract best employee for said position base on a specific time with requisite qualifications to apply for jobs with an organization, and choice has to play vital role. At times the decision can be difficult which require additional labor force and it is full scale recruitment and selection process, but it is not the best choice to approach to do so.
