Course Description and Prerequisites
MAC 2233 - Elementary Calculus - 3 credits Introduction to the techniques of calculus of primary use to business students. Topics include: differentiation and integration of algebraic functions with applications, exponential and logarithmic functions with applications to finance and economics. This course is NOT equivalent to MAC 2311.
*Meets Gordon Rule for Math Prerequisite(s): MAC 1105 with a minimum grade of C.

Learning Outcomes
1) Understand intuitively what limit means, and evaluate certain limits by using limit properties.
2) Understand and be able to work with one-sided limits.
