Goal Setting
Lesson Summary:
• This lesson will be centered on goal setting. The students will start by discussing the benefits of personal fitness and then brainstorm the different types of activities. We will also discuss the FITT principle. Next the students will discuss how to set goals using the SMART model.
Grade Level:
12th grade
