The Project and its background

1.1 Introduction

Technology is undeniable a great factor in every man’s living for today’s era. It is a great help for each one of us. That is why people don’t stop creating something that will help us make our tasks easier. And one of the best inventions of humankind’s creative mind is the device what we call, “computer”. Computer is one of the most helpful and powerful tool that a man can have. It makes everyday living easier, faster and more efficient. With the use of this device, a user can have more work to be done, information to be collected and knowledge to be learned, which can be more useful by each one of us. Computers deal with a big role in our daily living. In which, this makes a man knowledgeable and able to cope up with the modernization of the world.

Nowadays, computerization is the one that mainly controls the processes of different organizations. As studies shows, human errors and processing time are being reduced because of this help. There are minimal counts of population in the city that are not able to use computer, as well as the minimal number of companies or organizations which are not yet using the modern transactions but are looking forward for it. They make use of systems depending on what they barely need. Some examples of these systems are the payroll system, billing system, enrollment system and more depending on the needs of an organization. Whereas, enrollment is one of the processes which is a best example of processing that takes a lot of time for students and their guardians. The growth of students who are willing to learn is still counting as time goes by, whether in public schools or private schools. It is now at the institutions time to think on how they are going to handle this kind of situation. Enrollment system (ES) is one of the important aspects for every private school. It not just helps the parents and students, but also the faculty and staff of the school itself. For...
