General Overview

Diamond Designs is calling for proposals to train new staff members on the functions of Microsoft Office 2013 programs. This RFP establishes submission guidelines and evaluation criteria to ensure fair opportunity to all vendor proposals. Proposals which do not follow the instructions presented in this RFP will be automatically rejected.

Project Specifications & Budget

The proposed project is a four week training seminar which will be held once every year. Each year the selected vendor will train ten new interns for five days out of each week in the month of January. Vendors must be prepared to train interns extensively in the following Microsoft Office programs:

* Access

* Excel

* OneNote

* Outlook

* PowerPoint

* Publisher

* Word

Interns will complete the training seminar with a thorough understanding of every function available in these programs. Vendors must propose a bid which fits within regular operating hours (M-F, 7am-6pm). Failure of interns to complete training with the selected vendor results in termination and a repayment of fees by the intern. Failure of vendor to complete training with all ten interns results in termination of the yearly contract and a reimbursement of fees by the vendor.
