Mental Health

The one I chose to write about was the overall importance of good mental health. The research I done was to prove that good mental health is very important to our bodies and our physical health. This research shows that it is especially important in children and will help mould every aspect of their existence later in their lives as good physical health becomes more important. We have to have good mental knowledge in order to participate in everyday tasks to improve our physical health. Having a good mental health is very important for each individual. It’s just as important for an individual physical health regarding the quality of the life we carry out. The mental health are comprised of more than just lacking a mental illness, we must develop the skills necessary to cope in the modern society and face the challenges as it proposes upon our daily lives. If mental health awareness is ignored, it can interfere with all of the aspect of our lives especially later in life. This can affect instances like the way we learning techniques, and the overall development, to the upcoming potential relationships, especially when it comes to be in romantic or even professional categories. The roles of a School Psychologist are extremely underestimated. The school is directly related to helping children cope with barriers that they may have, contribute to their overall success in their studies, their family relationships, and as well as life in general. Science has proven that all youth face issues. This will directly affect their mental health; these issues are going to happen occasionally. How an individual handle these issues is directly related to the success of their future.
