Re: Introducing EGB Employee Education Program

Beginning on June 9, 2012 EGB will offer a strategic Employee Education Program for employees to learn about its innovative products and services and therefore add value to the organization. In addition the company has enhanced the existing tuition reimbursement program and incentive plan.

Employee Education Program

This program offers classroom training for all full-time employees. It has been divided in basic and advanced courses.

* Basic courses will be executed as follows:

* Oriented for employees in need of improvement in their knowledge in reading, writing, and math on basic, intermediate, and advanced levels.

* Carried out during working hours.

* Paid for time spent in classes.

* Provided with necessary books.

* Advanced courses will be executed as follows:

* Oriented for employees beyond basic courses but who need help in keeping up with scientific developments related to their work.

* Executed at local universities using the company´s tuition reimbursement program.

EGB Education Reimbursement Program

Also beginning in June the company will enhance its existing tuition reimbursement program as follow:

* Increase of current maximum reimbursement from $3000 to $5000 annually.

* Coverage for books, tuition and fees.

* Eligibility will be extended to all full-time employees regardless of their time of service.

* Half day off with pay on the days courses meet with management approval. This will require at least a grade B in the course ; otherwise, the required grade for reimbursement is C.

Progress in these courses will be taken into account in employees’ quarterly performance reviews and annual salary reviews.
