Ethical Dilemma Chapter 2

1. Identify the ethical issues in this case.

Jack has worked for many years for this company and has not gotten any satisfyable recognition for his dedication and hard work. He feels that he should have made partner for all the years he has put into this company. Since the company refused Jack the partnership, he had to make a decision on how to make money for his family. The company could find her at fault just as much as Jack and she would take a greater chance of losing her job. Carla also had the decision to tell the company when she first thought that Jack was acting strangely and saw him on that Sunday. That way she would have not known anything that was going on but still was able to let the company know that something was going on.
