ABSTRACT
This paper examines the perception of IE-EMG students of Mapua Institute of Technology towards the teaching strategies done by their instructors. Data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, such as frequency, percentage, and mean to examine the effectiveness of seven teaching methods (handouts, group works/projects, case study, home works, brainstorming, individual presentation, and the softwares used in laboratory class). The results show that students perceive their instructors as using handouts more than any other method in their teaching activities.
