The Coca-Cola, that is often called Coke, is a carbonated soft dink that sells all around the world, especially in restaurant and food service distributors. Coca-Cola is the largest and most successful beverage company in the world. Their mission is to “refresh the world, to inspire moments of optimism and happiness and to create value to make a difference” (Coca Cola Journey Staff). Their vision with people is to be a great place to work where people are inspired to be the best they can be. They aim to bring to the world a portfolio of quality beverage brands that anticipate and satisfy people's desires and needs. As far as partners are concerned, they aim to nurture a winning network of customers and suppliers, together create mutual, enduring value. By being environmentally aware, Coca Cola is responsible and they make a difference by helping build and support sustainable communities. As far as profits go, they want to maximize long-term return to shareowners while being mindful of our overall responsibilities. Their vision for productivity is to be a highly effective, lean and fast-moving organization. The Coca-Cola Company’s values are centered on leadership, collaboration, integrity, accountability, passion, diversity and quality.
