Part A: Your Creative Attitude Assessment

Please complete this assessment as follows:

* Answer each question in Part A as a “yes” or a“no”.

* For the Summary Rating in each attitude:

* If you answered “yes” to all or the majority of the questions put an “A” in the Summary Rating.

* If you answered “yes” to only three or less of the questions put a “B” in the Summary Rating.

* Complete the assessments for all four attitudes.

* When finished go to Part B of the Assessment

Note that this is not a scientific test. It is designed more to stir thoughts and in a summative way to help you to assess your current attitudes for creativity.
