Title: Alma Electronics: I’ll Dream of You

I. Executive Summary

Mr. Andy Mallari was an owner of a transistor-selling shop in Cabanatuan City which opened branches near Cabanatuan due to public demand and became shop which serves electronic parts sales and appliance repair. As he encounter, his friend Mr. Chan, a man with a successful business in appliances assembly who shared his experience on establishing his company, Mr. Mallari became interested on the business of his friend. He’s deciding that he will send his three sons on a good college school for them to be the support on the management of the company he is dreaming to have. But the thing is what would be the right college courses that his sons must take?

Considering his the needed departments in his dream company, he must first identify what are the the talents and skills of his children, and there, he can consider what department that his children are suited, and he can decide what are the course his children must take, related to the different departments that his children will manage.

II. Statement of the Problem

Mr. Andy Mallari, being the owner of an electronic parts sales and appliance repair shop, has establish a good name of his business that’s why he has an extension of his shop due to his increasing number of his costumers. And as a businessman, you must do some innovation to your business and take risk to make it more profitable.

Deciding to take a big step on making an electronic shop to become a company with the name “Alma Electronics”, which is expected to be known as an appliance assembly plant, is such a hard task and takes much time on planning to make it realize. Considering that, the company will hire a big number of manpower needed for the production, also for the people that will take on to the management position must possess the skills that a good manager must have.
