Please print and bring along your AB1501 documents including: 1. The tutorial instructions. 2. Course outline. 3. Continuous assessment document. 4. Team ground rules contract form.

No switching of tutorial class No switching of tutorial class on your own is allowed (Please do not approach your tutor, as individual tutors are not given the authority to allow switching of tutorial classes). All subject registrations go through a computerized system managed by the School’s Undergraduate Programmes Office (UPO) and tutors do not have access to the system.

Make-up class for public- holidays It is advisable for your respective tutor to work with the class to find the free common time slots, if possible, for any make-up tutorial that is required. Kindly note the following public holidays and school scheduled events for this semester: 1. Chinese New Year on 31st Jan (Fri) and 1st Feb (Sat). Classes on 31st Jan (Fri) and 3rd Feb (Mon) have to be rescheduled. 2. Good Friday on 18th Apr (Fri).

Introduction and forming of teams To facilitate communication, it will be useful to exchange contact information (phone, email address with each other) between team members. It is important that professionalism must be exercised and that such information must not be abused. Having a class representative can be helpful. Anyone can volunteer himself/herself or be appointed by your tutor.

Form into 5-6 tutorial presentation teams, of about 5 team members. Each team is to present a proposal, draft a marketing plan report, and do a final presentation on the marketing plan.
