I think that most of the insights in the manual about balance. Each of the 3 role models has a positive and negative behavior that will be useful for Hal. Hal should absorb the behavior, which is useful to him in becoming king. Like for King Henry being Strategic and Merciful, For Falstaff being Humorous and being Charismatic, For Hotspur being Confident in his abilities. While on the same time he should discard what is not useful in making him a good leader. Like for King Henry being a Politician, For Falstaff being dishonest and being a Coward, For Hotspur Being Hot headed and Frank. To become a good leader Hal should find the balance between the 3 role model’s positive and negative attitude to use. As for our leadership manual we think that if Hal was able to find out the strengths and weaknesses of the 3, he will be able to find the balance between the positive and the negative attitudes of King Henry, Falstaff and Hotspur. The manual will show him what it takes to be a good leader through the experiences and examples given by the 3 role models

Whose power was in the first...
