Swot

To do the internal analysis of the restaurant that I am going to establish in the future, I did a SWOT analysis. SWOT stands for Strength, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats. By doing the SWOT analysis we can know the good and bad points of our restaurant and concept against my competitors. Thus the SWOT analysis is described briefly below.

Strength of the restaurant:

Some of the strength that I am going to are

a. Quick service: Quick service is the biggest strength of any restaurant if it can provide it and if I have that service in my restaurant then it will be a big advantage to me. The advantage of quick service is that it saves a lot of time and as we know that time is important to everyone so if I can give quick service to my customer then a numerous number of customer will come to the restaurant.

b. Affordable: Nowadays there are numerous number of restaurant with high rate and if I come up with affordable price and quality food in my restaurant then my people will come to my restaurant.

c. Stylish and high standard: People like to go to the restaurant which is stylish and has standard. In addition to that if my style is new to the area then it will more advantage so this will be another strength to me.

Weakness of the restaurant:

The weakness of the restaurant are:

a. Lack of customization: Usually food in the restaurant are premade and is not fresh. So once the dish is made it cannot be changed according to customer choice and preferences. So this will be a great weakness to the restaurant.

b. Offering food that is very common is another weakness that I will have in my restaurant. Most of the people prefer the dish that they have already tasted. People do not change their taste so I have to prepare a menu that has the food that people have already tasted.

c. New and not established: As my restaurant is new in the market and not established many people won’t know about it. So this is another weakness to my restaurant.
