Reflection-The Goal: A Process on On-going Improvement

I tried comparing the changes I have made before and now that I already know to plan and make a better solution or how to overcome some bottlenecks that I have encountered. But the difference is so huge. It’s really important to pinpoint or to oversee the bottlenecks that you may encounter so I will come up to a solution or has a plan on how to overcome those bottlenecks.

viii. How has this impacted your overall “throughput”?

It has a very huge impact on the overall. Since now I learned to try to think first what are the possible bottlenecks that I may encounter in the future then when the time comes I know what to do. I planned it to be that way. It’s better to think that you are the one that make your own future than just be surprised and do nothing when the problems come.
