Cause

LRA is a military group whose purpose is to create a theocratic state in Uganda but to aim this goal, LRA uses many forces treatment and gradually, resulting a humanitarian problem because of torture. Their action is classified as a terrorism, killing, abduction, forcing children to be a child soldier, and many more. Those actions were put in the International Criminal Court and some international actions were also put to solve this problem since it cause appalling deaths, and humanitarian problem. The thing which is going on is about the refugees. The civilians from Central Africa were forced to flee to other countries which are more safety than their country. For a long time, the civilians enhance rapidly and continuously in other countries and have become a new issue according to their hospitality and service.

Some international actions have done many ways but nothing seems gave a good result. Egypt through African Union has joined the hunt for Kony through army forces. Egypt is a refugee-receiving still ensuring respect for the principle of non-refoulement, remains a priority for UNHCR to serve a better life for the refugees. Cairo was selected as a pilot city for the implementation of UNHCR's policy on refugee protection and solutions in urban areas. This led to the development of new strategies for health care and education, so it gave impact to the refugees especially knowing that Egypt is in expansion of its education to move forward.

Solutions

Since, protecting refugees has a crucial physical dimension. The delegates of Egypt would like to give some solutions. First, by generating awareness, many civilians from the combat would undergo a shocking physiology so, it would be better to do some treatment to relax them and empower their own protection by mobilizing the refugees to combat or prevent such crime.
