TECHNICAL BACKGROUND

A. System Overview

B. System Objectives

The objectives of the system entitled “Online Room Reservation System for Park N Suns Resort and Fitness Center” are the following:

1. Lessen the time consumed in making accommodation and reservation.

2. Ensure the security of the information prepared and sent by the guest.

3. Provide a convenient room reservation system.

4. Displays the resort’s facilities.

5. Advance the marketing strategy via advertisement in the system.

C. Operational Definition

Elaborate. Having many parts that are carefully and arranged.

Visualization. Formation of mental visual image.

Anchored. A person or a thing that provides strength and support.

Comprises. To make up or form something.

Invoicing. A document that show a list of good or services and the price to be paid on them.

Modules. Set of a part that can be connected or combined to build or complete something.

Subclass. A primary division of class.

Methodologies. A set of methods, rules, or ideas that is important in science or arts.

Framework. A set of ideas or facts that provide support for something.

Deploying. To organize and send out (people or things) to be used for a particular purpose.
