Natural exchange

People play a role of offering and acquisition in the society and the society is a world of the exchange, rule and be rule. This is a world which is unlimited in desires. There is no limit for people to develop further; there is no limit for company to create upper commodities to earn more profit. Then, the natural exchange begins between company and customer. However, there is unlimited desire, but a limit in every exchange.

The company and customer should have an equal quantity exchange that customer get one commodity and company get one payback. In the case, people want more comfortable in lives and works, and Google wants more profits then sells products which can solve stuffs in lives and help in works. However, there is a limit between Google and customers. That is “unequal.”

This is not a natural exchange between Google and Customers. Customer pays for the products with Nest, and Google get money. But, besides this exchange, the payback between Google and customer is not the same. In the case, it indicates that customer can control settings through the internet. That is mean if Google wants, it can know every customer’s habit and privacy. The customer get the product, but Google get money and more importantly, customer’s property and security. This will increase some potential accidents for customers.

Otherwise, when customers consider the usage of a commodity, it includes the proper and the improper (Aristotle, 2012). Take one example from the case, the detector’s proper is clearing the house, but the improper is “learn” and save every habit and privacy of customer for the company. Customer always want the commodity to be the proper usage, not the improper. But detector includes two usages. After comparison, the improper usage is more dangerous than the proper usage.
