How to Motivate your Employees.
There are several key factors that affect the individual employee’s performance.
Employee’s performance is influenced by motivational factors, abilities and work
environment.Motivational factors have a direct influence and “relationship” with an
employee’s individual performance.Employee’s primary role in running the “wheel” of
the corporation is if the employee is highly motivated. It is then that the “wheel” speed
will run faster, which of course will result in the growth and achievement for the
employee as well as for the benefit of the Company.On the other hand, if work is not
productive, meaning if employees do not have high morale and are not resilient in their
work then it is the Managers role to identify the factors of what makes employees happy
to work with the Company.It is absolutely necessary for the Company to identify the
factors of what makes their employees “engaged” and “happy” to work with the
Company. It is my thought that when employees are “happy” with their surroundings
and earnings that they tend to give more than what is expected and they will continue to
improve their performance.Managers need to look into how they can structure work
environments to promote growth and development and to encourage “creativity”.A
Managers job is to identify those areas where their employee’s are most creative, most
productive and/or most fulfilling, then come up with ideas and incentives to help
employees bloom and take constraints out of his/her way.In the end, creativity leads to
a better work environment. Sometimes it’s the small things managers do to that improve
work environments. For instance, not everyone can have their own space, but
supervisors can, in a cubicle space arrange to have visible barriers set up, like for
instance a six foot high partition between desks. Managers can help reduce the number
of distractions and help by giving employees their own space.Both the...
