I. Business Description

Dream Escape Hotel, Spa and Resort, an adult-marketed, 25-room "dream style" hotel specializing in a couples' "getaway" to provide both recreation and relaxation in a popular tourism spot located the South Pacific Ocean. Moderately priced between the higher class hotel properties and the older motel style, Dream Escape Hotel, Spa and Resort shall provide an affordable place that is only presently available in this part of the world.

Guest of the Dream Escape Hotel, Spa and Resort will enjoy our continental breakfast, an on-site lounge, grill, poolside beverage service, and bar. We are seeking investment funds to renovate the hotel building, to construct an outdoor pool adjacent to the indoor pool, build-out and add a piano bar/lounge area with dance floor. With this refurbishment and other new amenities, Dream Escape Hotel, Spa and Resort will form the basis of a highly profitable hotel. Dream Escape will engage in a low-cost leadership strategy while maintaining a suitable level of quality. The use of this low-cost leadership strategy is primarily to gain the advantage over competitors, to do so we need keep our operation costs below that of others in the same industry, while maintaining our High class service and dependability.

Dream Escape Hotel, Spa and Resort's owner, Keith E. Koekenberg, has an extensive business background, including over 20 years of experience developing a variety of businesses. Mr. Koekenberg received his B.A. in Business Economics, and currently is an M.B.A. candidate at the UMUC.

Dream Escape Hotel, Spa and Resort shall specialize in meeting an individual or couple's needs. As growth warrants, our site land would allow for future expansion of the lodging portion of the resort.
