Build a Bear

As I entered the Build a Bear workshop I was greeted by Jason. This was my first time going to a Build a Bear workshop. So he showed me what kids do to make their personal bear. He pointed out to me what bearisms are and where can I find them. As you enter the workshop, on the right you would see one of the most important sign that tells kids in what order they should make the bear and how they should do it. As you walk around the store, you will see on the wall there are different paintings of Bear clouds, Mama bear with her little cubs, bears playing on computers etc.

The first thing you do as you enter the workshop is pick which animal do you want to take home. They have a variety of different animals like bear, cow, frog, monkey, etc. Their prices range from $10 to $25. Next kids have to choose a sound to go inside the animal. They have different number of sounds that kids can choose from. The next thing was stuff the animal. There is a giant churning machine with fluff rolling round inside and you can chose how stuffed you want your animal, soft or hard. Then the kids have an option to choose a heart for their animal. Now it was time to dress your animal. They had every outfit imaginable, from little baby outfits to mermaid outfits. All outfits were really well priced. After the outfit is chosen, kids can take their animal to dressing station and dress them. The final stage is to go to the computers and naming your animal and making the birth certificate. The employee working at that station will also help them register their animal online, so kids can go on Build a Bearville and let their animal play online. One everything is finished they go to cash register, where they put the animal in a box (shaped like house) with birth certificate. When you are at cash register you would see on the wall behind a cash register a Bear Promise sign that kids have to recite before they leave the store. “My Bear is special, I brought it to life, I chose it, I...
