Doing a site survey is very important in making decisions in where to put the equipment in a proper location. It must be in a location that benefits of all departments. Not doing the survey may cause issues in making the location in the right place. I understand that money and time is a big issue in doing the site survey but it is important.

There may be many problems that can affect the signal of where the main the main site will be located. It requires many questions that I need to answer. If you are properly briefed on the basics of Wi-Fi as well as the importance of a site survey, the forthcoming technical questions will be answered in a more suitable fashion.

Some questions that need answers include what types of equipment that will be using the equipment? Who will be sharing the W-LAN? As well as what kind of applications will be used, how many users currently need wireless access? All of these questions are important in doing a site survey.

The equipment that is used to do the site survey is very simple and easy to have on hand for example access to levels of different floors to help build the floor plan, a simple ladder to get up and have a visual look at the site, and a floor plan to build a plan of how the set up would be.

This is why having more time and money is important in having a site survey. Not having one could cause many issues including bad WI-FI reception in all locations. If one has a system already in place then it is important why the system is not working and sometimes it is just a simple fix.

Please allow me the time, and the financing to permit a site survey to do a thorough investigation. This will ensure you will get the proper information that will allow me the proper information that I need for an installation.
