Online data entry→ user forms, direct to DMV database, more simple (less looping)
* Digital Forms
Anytime you conduct business with the DMV, it is likely that you will need to fill out some forms. Many of those forms are available in PDF format so you can download the document and fill it out before mailing it or taking it into the DMV. All you need is the Acrobat Reader software from Adobe, which after, you need printing of the form and bringing the form to DMV. However, if the process is shorten by submitting the eform online, it will be an end-to-end solution that provides a secure, efficient, and effective way for electronic form submission and handling. It connects end users to DMV processing system directly without human intervention in-between.
Enhancing Efficiency
The need for retaining paper documents varies by department and function, but in most situations the efficiency benefits of digital conversion are clear. The time needed to be re-typed in the system can be saved and the human error of typing such as spelling mistake and all can be minimized to almost none.
Retrieving information onsite in DMV has been impossible. With Digital forms system sharing will be possible through their database, staffs in DMV in different offices statewide will be able to manage to pull up the information from different states.
It is much easier for a complete file to be electronic so that it can be accessed from anywhere
* Automated registration & driver’s renewal
