1. Some possible difficulty facing the organization in gaining funds

To solve the problem of searching funds, it is important to find out the difficulty the organization is facing at first. By investigation, we found the following aspects:

First of all, the low popularity among the public, especially among the college students, really sets an obstacle for its propaganda and expansion. Besides, the knowledge of helping the disabled with assistance dogs is not so widely accepted, which means the organization should do more homework on promoting the awareness of the publicity.

2. Why it’s important to raise more funds

However, only when we get enough funds, can we afford the daily expenditure of the organization. The costs to raise an assistance dog are various, ranging from training expenditure, food expenditure, re-certified expenditure and other expenditures. For one thing, the WSD, together with the 4 paws For Ability, can have a dog show, where the players are mostly the dog trainers and the assistance dogs.
