Course Objective: -
1. This course will be taught on the basis that students do not have any foundation legal knowledge. The aim of the course is to equip students with basic legal knowledge so that they will be able to identify and deal with legal issues which will commonly arise in the context of the service and tourism industry.
2. The focus of the course will be on the Law of Contract, Law of Tort and Employment Law as most of the legal issues arising in the context of the service and tourism industry are related to them, even though other subsidiary topics will also be covered.
