Principles That Selecting Refractory Brick for Kiln

The refractory brick is selected according to production method and types of kiln. For example, that the refractory material is used in Rotary Kiln is different from Rotary Kilns and shaft kilns. The high refractoriness, high temperature under loads and high strength of refractory bricks are required for Rotary Kilns because the temperature in burning zone of Rotary Kiln is higher （1700~1800℃）and its body rotate continuously. But the requirements for refractory bricks are relatively lower for shaft kilns because its temperature is not so high. Due to its special process, the rotary kiln can not avoid from hard friction by using grease lubrication only . As the carrier , when the temperature is over 200 ℃, the antirust grease's evaporation loss will be serious , and its lubrication action can only lasts in a short time . So , choosing Solid lubricating material of full lubrication , heat resisting and anti-pressure is necessary . Solid lubricating material has good thermal stability , it has advantages of sending out heat.
