The vision of The Cyber Café is every single student will be able to share and vocally express creative ideas that can help others while also motivating other to learning.

The object of the Cyber Café is to offer information technology services o the students of the university, teachers and staff members. Provides students the opportunity to interact with one another, share and socialize, while aiding in the overall learning experience.

The scope of the project is to accomplish an adequate space for students to come together during 24 hour time period for academic and social gathering. The budget for this project has been allocated in the sum of $270,000.00 with a time frame of 24 months. The specific date is set for March; 2016.Th precise budget is that of $300,000. With an estimated cost of only $269,000. To determine whether the project has been carried out successfully, the project manger and the team must ensure that the scope never changes, the project manager must also determine how the team members agreed on some things.

The customers who would benefit from the deliverables produced from the project would be the faculty along with current students enrolled at the university and potential students.

The Key Stakeholders in this project would be the project team who are responsible for planning and executing the project .The project manager who would be responsible for ensuring g that the project team completes the project. The executive sponsors responsible for securing, spending authority. And also the customers Key Stakeholders are a subset of Stakeholders who, if their support were to be withdrawn, would cause the project to fail. Chapter 5 page 126 project management.

The manager of the project should make sure that there exist an agreement between the project sponsors and other stakeholders. This will help in complying with the purposes and goals of the project in question....
