Six Dimensions of Health Worksheet

Part 1

For each of the following six dimensions of health, list at least one characteristic, activity, belief, or attitude that reflects that dimension in your life. Provide a brief explanation with each example. Refer to Ch. 1 in the text for explanations of these dimensions.

Emotional health: To me emotional health is just believing in yourself, have some self-confidence and take control of your emotions don’t let your emotions control you.

Spiritual health: I feel that this aspect is not all about religion, it’s about having a clear conscience and doing what you think is right not just doing something because everybody is telling you it is right.
