3. Given that the four individuals you just read about tend to be satisfied with their jobs, how might this satisfaction relate to their job performance, citizenship behavior, and turnover?

Perhaps this level of satisfaction with their work ethic and cultural aspects of the biggest reason, they have made a different kind of work ethic. Most of the country still live in extreme poverty level. Job satisfaction of employee is very important in factor because most of time have determines the commitment and respect of the employee towards their employer or organizations.

The attitudes and the behavior of the worker would be vary based on level of job satisfaction. For example, the higher level of satisfaction would be more dedicated towards his or her respective works and do it with full potential but the one with lower grade of job satisfaction would tend to absent and wouldn’t performs as expected. Thus the job satisfaction is crucial factor. AS these four individuals are satisfied with the job this mean that they was happy workers. For examples, they take a great deal of interests in the job. They perform respected their work with all the dedication or warmth and this is why they tend to be efficient as they are satisfied this means they was very happy their job, so all their designated work that would be done with both efficient and ultimately this lead to the overall efficiency and productivity of the organizations these four of individuals are working with them. 

Organization citizenship behavior are discretionary behavior that are not the part of an employee’s formal job requirement but that notwithstanding promotes the effective functioning of the organization. The organizations always prefers those who are tend to help others when working on a team or organization avoid unwanted controversies, volunteers for more extra work, respect the organization and other behavior which make the employee do more than what is expected of them.
