Executive Summary
During 2012,Taobao and Tmall contribute 65% of the total express. Improvement in logistics service becomes essential now. Setting the platform of express companies to support the delivery of Taobao and Tmall becomes a significant step we should take. As a result, we plan to set up a system called ALIDeli. ALIDeli aims at providing a better consuming experience for customers when purchasing on Taobao and Tmall Services mainly has 2 parts: 1)Provide information about the exact time a packages reaches to customers. Different shipping option is then provided to customers. 2) Assessment about the attitude of delivery courier and the integrality of products delivered is taken into concerned.According to the strong qualifications we have on capital, IT technology and related services, the jobs can be done easily.For the benefit of the company as a whole, we need you to take the most important step for us!
