Getting information for different uses has become so much easier with the use of the internet. Research is easier to obtain with the use of the World Wide Web (internet). Website can be a good source of information for any type of research that a person is doing. IP and TCP addresses are technological protocols that get information to different interrelated networks that run different systems. There are over a million customers that the internet reaches at the same time, all over the world every moment of every day. There are various networks that are connected together with different authority structures. These networks range from private ones that are used in a person's home to public, which is used in a cafe, to academic for schools, commercial for businesses, and then there is those for the government. There are variations on how the networks are used, which can range from local usage, to international usage to pear to pear usage. There is traditional and advanced technology of the internet. Traditional would be wired internet thru an ISP such as a phone company or a cable company. The advanced would be like wireless or an iPod, game system or wifi at a place of business. The internet and all of its networks offer an unlimited supply of information.

When collecting information on the internet, you need to make certain that these sources are reliable and authentic. When you come across information and use it, make certain that others value the same information that you have gathered. Some of this information will not be able to be trusted. Make certain when gathering your research that the information you are getting is not biased and is interesting. Academic Journals, books and other types of reference materials are always best.
