Feflection

REFLECTION

As I look back to our different activities this past year, weeks and days, I tend to think of being successful of what we had done during our community service. I just cannot forget the moments being together with the children whom we have render our service, specially being together with my group mates that without them I could not do everything alone. In this kind of activity, I have learned a lot of things, like the ways on how I am going cooperate, coordinate and appreciate the works and abilities and capabilities of my classmates. I also learned the ways on how to handle children who are willing to pursue their studies. Truly it is not an excuse not to study or not to learn when we are poor, but through perseverance we can do more than we think or even others think. Truly if there’s a will there’s a way.

Another thing I have learned is the ability to take the lead and organize our team. The ability of being open-minded person, being open to opinions, suggestions and ideas. These things made me realize that being a leader is not that easy, because there are a lot of things to sacrifice, and I need to be a Leader, A good leader by example. Fortunately, I have passed this stage of being a leader and I think I have given my best to lead by example, by being punctual, responsible and approachable.

I hope that as time goes on, I will continue to learn and learn more about responsibilities that would develop my skills and abilities to be a good leader.
