Research strategy

Every now and then I have to repeat to myself that I should be positive and not get stress and anxious about my loved ones health or my future. I have figured out that very small incidents can make me feel worried and stress out but I know I have to be strong and solve this stress issue. These feelings can be sometimes very overwhelming because these negative emotions can lead to other complication.

In order for me to confront this fear I have to relax and spend some quality time thinking about all events and incidents that made me feel this way. I have to write every detail that I think are important in order for me to figure out what is the real cause behind theses feelings and what happened that made me so sensitive and emotional. First I will discover when was the first time that I felt this way? What happened when I felt stress out and panic for the first time? Why is it so hard for me to stay positive all the time? I have to figure out what are my perspectives about life? What are the assumptions? Maybe if I change my point of view about life or try to be more independent emotionally would help me being worried about everyone all time.for this research I will consider my life perspective, statement of facts an assumptions.

The statement facts about my panic attacks are, it has both psychological and Biological explanation. As a biological explanation “Research has revealed a link between anxiety and problems with the regulation of various neurotransmitters—the brain’s chemical messengers that transmit signals between brain cells. Three major neurotransmitters are involved in anxiety: serotonin, norepinephrine and gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA).”
