• Trait = Extraversion – Score = 4.1.

• Trait = Conscientiousness - Score = 4.

• Trait = Neuroticism – Score = 2.1.

• Trait = Agreeableness – Score = 4.8.

• Trait = Openness – Score = 3.4.

The Jung Typology / Myers-Briggs Personality Assessment.

ESFJ – “Provider”.

I completely agree with the results of both personality assessments. They were spot on and reflected the type of individual I am. I felt the results of both personality tests went hand in hand. Both personality assessments stated the same thing. I definitely derive satisfaction from interacting with other people and seek out new experiences according to The Five-Factor “Big-Five” Personality Assessment. Also, I’m serious about my responsibilities and seek a structured and controlled environment according to the Jung Typology / Myers-Briggs Personality Assessment.

There are multiple strengths for individuals in the work place with these personality types. For instance, I project warmth through a genuine interest in the well-being of others and take pleasure in other people’s happiness. Therefore, I am easy to work with and will work hard to please those around me by doing the little or big things that make life easier for others. Individuals with this personality type are skilled at bringing out the best in people and we want to understand other points of view. This is an excellent trait to have as a supervisor. For example, if an individual that works under my supervision is successful in accomplishing their tasks then I am automatically successful because we are a team. I am extremely serious about my responsibilities. Therefore, I will be sure to get the job done in an efficient, effective, and ethical manner. Lastly, I am proficient at detailed tasks.
