On February 14, 2014 a customer by the name of Bryan Brackin called in to Cloud 9 Auto Sale and was inquiring about a 2004 Chrysler Town and Country that we have on our lot. The first time Mr. Brackin called in he spoke to Tanita Wright (which is our only sales person and the only person who answers the phones six days a week) and made an offer for the town and Country in the amount of $6000 cash that included all taxes and fees. Tanita Wright then told Mr. Brackin that best she could do was $6600 plus the taxes and fees and he stated he needed some time to think that over. When Mr. Brackin called back he then stated that Cloud 9 Auto Sale was trying to price gouge him because he had found a sales picture on the internet stating the van was $6250 that was linked to our Black Friday Special back in November of 2013. Tanita Wright stated to him that the price sticker in the 2004 Chrysler Town and Country was and still is $6950 and that we have made an offer to him for $6600 plus taxes and fees associated with North Carolina Law. Tanita Wright also told Mr. Brackin that Cloud 9 Auto Sale runs specials periodically throughout the year for certain periods of time that will lower the price in hope to move the inventory quickly.

Where Mr. Bryan Brackin is wrong is stating that he spoke to someone else other than Tanita Wright as she is the only employee of Cloud 9 Auto Sale and the only employee to answer the phones. Tanita Wright is allowed to make discounts on our vehicles but will always call Seif Seif (general manager) to approve them. Seif has never REFUSED to speak with a customer and has never ORDERED Tanita wright to make any offer to a customer she did not agree with. Tanita Wright and Seif Seif work very closely together at the car lot but there is nobody else there he could have spoken to that day other than Tanita...
