I would like to discuss in this essay why I am disappointed about the America Primacy hegemonic viewing as “unipolar system” cannot be longer in the next future. Being truth they have a privilege position in the world and enjoying the an “unipolar moment” meaning they don’t have strong military and economic rivals. However the American system is vulnerable and has many challenges to combater in the next decades. We have to think in long term not in the currently hegemonic. Let’s see the next cite from the Article American primacy in perspective by Stephen G. Brooks and William C. Wolforth then I am going to discuss this citation:

“Today, in contrast, the United States has no rival in any critical dimension of power. There has never been a system of sovereign states that contained one state with this degree of dominance. The recent tendency to equate unipolarity with the ability to achieve desired outcomes single-handedly on all issues only reinforces this point; in no previous international system would it ever have occurred to anyone to apply such a yardstick.”

To reinforced my argument , historically we observe the states or empires even occupying privileges positions such as Napoleonic Era, German power, the splendor of British empire , Soviet Union these states were sensitive from others threatened alliances or groups and also they could have changed the world with their making-decision.

Focusing in this contemporary era from the realist perspective in the study of International relations, the realism is the theory dominance based on security and from the liberal perspective is the theory dominance in the study of International relations economy. In spite of, currently United States has an extraordinary dominance in the International relations thanks their military power and economic strength however they has to be challenges and the new ideological theories of Constructivism proceeding from Europe.
