1.Evaluate the reasons Social Media Marketing has become exceedingly popular among businesses of all sizes.

In the recent years, the focus of organizations has diverted to Social Media Marketing for the advertisement of their products. It is widely believed that organizations are keen to attract new customers and are keener to keep them loyal towards their products so that their brands succeed. Reports and studies have proved that the more a company tends to have attracted and retained customers, the more they are reflected to be running business in a successful way. With the era being competitive these days when a large number of brands are competing to get most number of customers, advertisement and marketing steps in and it is seen that the successful companies have efficient marketing and advertisement strategies as compared to the less preferable ones. With the modernization and development in the recent years, it is evident that the brands also keep on observing the changes in market and immediately get to change their advertisement and promotional activities as per the needs and standards of society. Recently, many of the companies have shifted to advertise their products via social media where they believe that the target market is approached easily and the promotional mix aspects such as sales promotion, personal selling and public relations are addressed along with the advertisement and direct marketing strategies.
