Introduction:-

The purpose of the proposal is to start a new successful restaurant carting business. We are concentrating on the organizing and planning side of this project. We are here to seek cheaper and more efficient ways to get things done. We have two big responsibilities of an organization. That is why our managerial team will work hard to provide every possible support to make the project successful .

Objectives:-

1. The primary purpose of the report to fulfillment of the course requirement.

2.To explore advantages provides by the skill of managerial aspects and contribution to the profitability of the organizations as well as economy of Bangladesh.

3.It will also enable me to improve my skill on report writing. As corporate executive put great value on report writing as an important element in management success.

4.To analyze how an organization build up their managerial system.

5.To retain 5% of the investment with in the first month.

6.Manage our human labor in a more effective way.

Scope:-

This section presents the working area and facilities of the restaurant. This restaurant will be an independent organization. We will manage our work within the given work frame by the owner.

The restaurant is approximately 210 square meters. And there will be seat for 50 to 100 customers. So it will be our main job to serve our customers as best as possible.

Resources:-

Resources are something that is the most important part of any project. Without resources no business activity can run. It is considered as the blood of any business organization. Our resources are limited. We have:-

1.15 lack cash capital.

2.Coldroom

3.Refrigerator.

4.8 oven.

5.2 sinks.

6.Sandwitch pressure.

7.Air conditioners.

8.One executive chef.

9.Five butlers.

10.One receptionists.

Timeline:-

We have a very limited period of time of 7 weeks only. That is why we have divided our work plan accordingly.
