My Future Career as Being a Doctor

I had an amazing winter break. There were a lot of things I wanted to do but couldn't get done. First, my little sister, Peggy and I drove to Miaoli. We prayed a few different temples as she is deeply religious.

From there we proceeded to Kaohsiung. Although the traffic was terrible, we had a great time listening to and singing all of our favorite songs in the car. However, my pet dog because seriously ill once we arrive in Kaohsiung. She started vomiting profusely all over the back seat of the car. We took her to a 24-hour animal clinic and they gave her an injection. She was fine the next day.

After spending a couple of nights in Kaohsiung, we made our way towards Hualien. Once we arrive in Hualien, we checked into our bed and breakfast. It was a sheep themed bed and breakfast located 5 minutes away by scooter from Toroko Gorge. On the second day we were there, we hired a bicycle tour guide to drive us to the top of the gorge. We biked from the top of the gorge all the way to the bottom. After 6 days in Hualien, it was time to return to Taipei.

It took us a long time to drive back from Hualien. We spent the last few days of winter vacation watching movies and eating food at home.
