Building a solid foundation in the Financial Industry can be tough. There is so much competition out there and with my bank just starting out, it’s kind of overwhelming recruiting new employees and even obtaining new customers. However, Forrest National Bank has been successful thus and we are expanding our locations within local grocery stores across the United States. So, we are searching for dedicated and loyal employees who are seeking out for employment where they can grow and develop different techniques that can be beneficial throughout their future careers.

The purpose of Forrest National Bank’s organizational structure is to ensure that we are motivating all employees equally to get the job done in a professional manner and meet business needs. Not that, I want my employees to be happy with the roles they play and be happy to come to work. By doing so, we provide our employees with things that will help them be at peace of mind with such as health insurance. Health insurance is important and we want to make sure our employees are completely covered with medical, vision and dental care. We care about our employees and their family’s well-being! After completing one year of service with the company and keeping a “Meets Expectations” performance level, each employee will have the opportunity to post out to a higher position within the company. In the meantime, we offer paid training classes for those employees who are interested in taking their career to the next level. We value each role that is played within the company from each employee so we accept everyone’s opinion and take those opinions into consideration when making business changes. Each employees will be granted six weeks of paid vacation yearly. I believe that safety is a very big deal, so I provide onsite security at every location.
