* Poor Control of the Bottling Operations - the bottling companies which they used to bully has now learned to retaliate at Coke’s expense

* Unempowered Managers and Employees - other managers that are bold enough to deviate from the Goizueta Way has lost their motivation along with the promise and innovation they bring

* Lack of Diverse Product Line - Sticking to the soda pop product line puts them at a greater financial risk than Pepsi as the latter has already diversified its business
