1. It should be good to have single set of rules at international levels for governing the multinational companies for other countries. But I think that it would be difficult because every country is different from others and follow the different rules and regulation. The most important factor of the difference of a country is its culture also. So how it would be possible for the multinational companies to follow the single set of rules in every country? It can affect the success and progress of the company in another country without following the norms of the other country where the multinational companies wish to do their business.

This is not only important but necessary also that international supplier should behave in social acceptable way because it creates the trust and good relationship between two parties. Secondly, it is the duty of every party who wants to come under one deal that they should behave in favor of the society to make them happy. It is true that e very company wants to earn the profit. But with profits maximization, it should be the duty of the company and country to look more options in favor of the society. If the people of the society will grow, then only the country will grow at global level. If the United State businesses will demand for it, there is no doubt that other countries will also get inspire from it and will follow the same directions.

2. There is no doubt that it is very difficult situation for resolve because it involves the risk and ethical dilemma both. If any acquaintance ask me to copy my paper which I have written in last semester for the another instructor, it is difficult to say yes or no because if I will say yes, it includes the huge danger and risk of rustication and if I say no, it will make my acquaintance sad.
