Introduction

In recent years Social Networking Service (SNS) replaces traditional social tools, such as E-mail or MSN. Almost everyone use SNSs to communicate with friends. There are more and more people sharing their knowledge or expressing their feelings on SNSs, which enables Facebook become the most popular social communication tool quickly. Thus, I choose Facebook to do research. Previous studies indicate that those three personality factors of “Big Five” (Neuroticism, Extraversion, and Openness to Experience) are associated with Facebook use. The “Big Five” has been applied extensively in the management and psychology fields to examine user’ behaviors. Thus, I use “Big Five” to investigate how these three personality factors (Neuroticism, Extraversion, and Openness to Experience) affect Facebook use.
