Knowledge Network Systems

Knowledge Network Systems can be described as system building, and realization. It can be viewed as a framework of nodes and links. The nodes can be represented by individuals, teams, organizations, and links will be represented by the focal point for activity or organizational processes. From the perspective of knowledge exchange and sharing, the information will flow across the links. New knowledge or information will be created at the nodes, and the information will continue to flow until it meets the needs of the organization (Wang & al., 2009).

From the perspective of knowledge exchange and sharing, the framework will be described, the mode of KNS function, as well as, the structure of how to realize the KNS. Organizations spend a vast array of effort to gather, accumulate, allocate, and apply all contents, as well as, knowledge. They have to manage knowledge, and identify employee expertise, analyze the data, and disseminate knowledge throughput the enterprise. These knowledge management issues have three main categories, such as the structure of the knowledge systems, the semi-structure of the knowledge systems, and the knowledge network systems. The paper will focus interest on knowledge network systems. I am choosing knowledge Network Systems for the simple reason that knowledge, to be effective and powerful, it must be integrated to a network of people and technologies to serve its purpose. Collaboration, concentration, as well as, total integration will bring all the members of the organization who have different expertise level. They are knowledge workers as defined by Drucker (1959). Data is a consisted of facts and measurements. Analysis of the data will produce information that may be included into a larger network. It will evolve into a more complex distribution network paradigm. Knowledge has already been accumulated within the organization and exists, stored on a server. The data stored
