The website is no longer valid, but I’m sure I probably didn’t get the full amount of servings I needed for the day for someone of my height/weight ratio. I do try my best to get plenty of vegetables and protein for the day, but I do lack my servings from fruits and grains. I try to limit many starchy foods in my diet since I am currently a little overweight for my size and when it comes to fruits, I’m not big on sugary or sweet...
