JUSTIFICATION

UK Centre for Carnival Arts is interested in making profit by organising a Christmas Party in the room they have. As a help, UK Centre for Carnival Arts provided also £500 as seed money.

This report shows how a Christmas party especially for students can look like. A main plan as well as lots of other ideas is described, providing all the calculations to show as exactly as possible what are the risks and profits.

INTRODUCTION

As the UKCCA room has a capacity of 400 guests, we predict that the Christmas party is going to have at least 150 and maximum 300. Using previous surveys, we found out that students are willing and able to pay around £10 for a ticket, when it comes to have a special party like a prom, Christmas Party, New Year party and so on. So, using the seed money provided by the UKCCA and, also, the money from the tickets, we are going to explain how we think to use them in order to organise an unforgettable Christmas Party for students around Luton.
