LEGALISATION OF MARIJUANA

It is a long time since the First Lady of the United States urged his countrymen to "Just Say No"! It was Nancy Reagan who, in 1980, launched the slogan, basic, fight against drugs, "Just Say No! ". Today, Americans increasingly say "Yes"! Yes, consumption and even the legalization of marijuana!
