In this task I will work with a small business, which is familiar for me, and also I consider there are many business like this where is important develop recruitment and selection systems. The business is situated in the hospitality industry, it is specifically a Restaurant.

BUSINESS PROFILE

NAME COMPANY: Ocean Restaurant

PRODUCT AND SERVICES: This Restaurant is focus on excellence, they sell fish and seafood dishes. Its design and ambience are special to service with quality. They cater groups and fuctions.

CLIENTS: People and business groups in and around Melbourne.

HUMAN RESOURCES: The company staff is consist of 7 people: 2 chef, 1 kitchen hand, 1 manager, 1 dishwasher, 2 waitress.

LOCATION: The Restaurant is located in Docklands. 350 Docklands.

FUTURE DIRECTION: The Restaurant opened 4 years ago, is a growing business, every day it is visited by old and new customers. Ocean Restaurant is well located and its cuisine is magnificent. The company Expects followed by positioning in the market.

1. Human resources is part of the strategic planning team and a partner in determining the company's future growth. Recruiting and retaining talented employees are key to high performance, innovative thinking and productivity.
